Our Private Dive Charter to Saona Island is a full day excursion with 2 dives is the perfect experience for groups or families with both divers and snorkelers who wish to visit the most beautiful sites and spend a fabulous day on the water.

Enjoy a dynamic schedule with something for everyone.

Your first stop is the Atlantic Princess shipwreck where all guests snorkel. Afterwards, our second stop is the first dive site ~ El Peñon III Reef ~ which is a 12 meter dive – home to giant southern stingrays and sea turtles. Snorkelers will enjoy snorkeling here while the divers dive this site. Best of all, the stingrays along with both green sea turtles and hawksbill turtles are aslo often seen by both snorkelers and divers on this site.

Once the first dive is complete, snorkelers will get dropped off at Saona Island with a guide where they will have free time to swim, relax, walk the beach, snorkel at the old pier and look for seashells as they wait for the divers to return in time for lunch.

Meanwhile, divers will enjoy the second dive site ~ Reuben or Molly Reef. The reef will be chosen depending on sea conditions. Either way, you can expect 14-16 meter coral reefs teeming with tropical fish, large eagle rays and even nurse sharks.

Once the water activities are completed, a Private Buffet lunch is served on the island. Afterwards you will head to the last stop of the day which is Starfish Cay. This is for many guests, a hightlight of the tour where you will visit a giant sandbar with waist deep crystal clear water and huge starfish.
